I have had the privilege of studying directly under Martha Beck — Oprah Winfrey's life coach since the late 90’s. But, I didn't find all of these tools under her leadership. I found many of them fighting years of debilitating depression and 27 years of intense therapy, counseling, praying, meditating, stretching, studying, reading, breathing, yoga, dipping, flipping, freezing, floating, journaling — and absolutely everything in between.
