I provide personal coaching and accountability for real life — not the highlight reel, but the actual, beautiful, messy, meaningful journey of it.

I specialize in working with individuals, innovative leaders, and companies who believe that peaking is never the finish line.

For the past year, I have had the privilege of studying directly under Martha Beck — Oprah Winfrey's life coach since the late 1990s. But, I didn't find all of these tools under her leadership . I found many of them fighting years of debilitating depression and 27 years of intense therapy, counseling, praying, meditating, stretching, studying, reading, breathing, yoga, dipping, flipping, freezing, floating, journaling — and absolutely everything in between.

I've taken what I've lived, softened it, simplified it, and made it something others can actually hold onto — tools that create hope and changes that are both achievable and sustainable.

I believe you have to live it to give it.

And I have certainly lived it.
